Each alert is a watchlist plus a filter: up to 150 tickers, and rules for calls or puts, minimum premium, Vol/OI ratio, implied volatility, maximum days to expiration, volume and open interest. The tape refreshes every 5 minutes during market hours, and when a contract on your list clears your rules, the contracts land in your inbox.

3. Quant Data - custom alerts on a full-flow dashboard
Quant Data shows all options flow, not just trades flagged as unusual, and lets you set custom alerts on top of it, alongside historical flow, dark pool data and dealer positioning. It runs on the web and has iOS and Android apps.

How to pick an alert service
- Decide where the alert should land. Inbox, phone, Discord or a screen you already watch. The best filter is useless if you see the alert three hours later.
- Check the cap on the plan you will actually buy. A watchlist of 30 names with a few rules each can outgrow a 25-alert limit quickly.
- Look for a noise floor. Without minimum premium or Vol/OI rules, alerts fire on every busy 0DTE contract.
- Price the whole stack. If you also want API access, add it in: some services bundle it, others sell it separately.
