Affiliate Terms

1. Scope and Parties

These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the OptionsBell affiliate program ("Program"). The Program is operated by DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP under the brand name OptionsBell ("we", "us"). By creating an affiliate account or activating the Program you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms. For your own use of the Service the general Terms of Service apply; for the Program these Affiliate Terms take precedence where the two differ.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age where you live, and you need a PayPal account in your own name. One affiliate account per natural person.

3. Your Details

You register with your full legal name, date of birth and residential address, and you keep the address current. On registration you bindingly confirm that your details are complete and correct; we store that confirmation with a timestamp. Name and date of birth can only be changed through support. We may verify your details before or after a payout.

False details. If you provide false or incomplete details, or use another person's identity or payment account, we may close your affiliate account immediately. All commissions not yet paid out are then forfeited, and commissions already paid on the basis of false details must be repaid.

4. Independent Partner, No Employment

You act as an independent partner on your own account. Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency. You are not entitled to a salary, holiday pay, social benefits or reimbursement of expenses, you are free in how, when and where you promote, and you may not make statements or enter into obligations on our behalf.

Taxes and duties. You alone are responsible for declaring and paying taxes, social security contributions and any other duties on your commissions, and for any business registration or licence your activity requires where you live. Commissions are gross amounts; we do not withhold or pay taxes for you unless the law requires us to. If you are registered for VAT or a similar tax, you add your tax number in your settings.

5. Commissions

You earn a commission on payments of customers who sign up through your link and on renewals while their subscription runs. Rates, ranks and team overrides are described on the affiliate program page, in the version valid at the time of the customer's payment. Commissions are calculated on the subscription price before taxes and before any discounts. There is no commission on your own purchases.

6. Payouts

Commissions become payable 30 days after the customer's payment (refund window) and are paid out once a month via PayPal to the PayPal e-mail in your settings, in the currency of the payment, as soon as your payable balance in that currency reaches 25. Smaller balances carry over to the next month. Payouts require complete legal details and a valid PayPal account in your name. If a payment is refunded or charged back, in whole or in part, the commission on it is reversed, also after payout, and may be offset against later commissions. If a payout fails because the PayPal account is invalid or the money is returned, the amount stays in your balance until the details are corrected.

7. Prohibited Practices

• Purchases through your own link, second accounts in your team, or routing your own customers through team accounts.
• Paid search ads on the OptionsBell brand name or misspellings of it.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or incentivised sign-ups not disclosed as such.
• Misleading statements about the Service, guaranteed returns, or presenting yourself as OptionsBell.
• Promotion that breaks applicable law, including advertising, consumer and data protection law.

Commissions from prohibited practices are not owed and are reversed. You disclose your affiliate relationship where the law or the platform you use requires it.

8. Termination

You may end your participation at any time by e-mail to us. We may end the Program or your participation with 30 days' notice by e-mail, or immediately for a breach of these terms. On ordinary termination, commissions earned until the end date are paid out once their hold period has passed. On termination for breach, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Deleting your account erases your commission balance with it; ask for your final payout before you delete the account.

9. Changes

We may change these Affiliate Terms, rates and ranks for the future. We notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before material changes take effect; if you do not agree, you may end your participation before that date. Commissions already earned are not affected.

10. Liability, Law and Contact

Sections 6 (Warranty, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity) and 12 (Governing Law) of the Terms of Service apply accordingly. Questions about the Program: [email protected]
